Where is delivery available?
Kittiwake Displayware ships within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories.
Free shipping does not include installation, assembly, or inside delivery. Product prices and applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout, with no hidden charges.
When does processing begin?
Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Our order cutoff is 1:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT, observing CST/CDT as applicable). Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day begin processing that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
How long is transit?
Transit takes 2-4 business days in the contiguous United States, 2-4 business days to Alaska, and 2-4 business days to Hawaii. Transit time begins after dispatch and does not include order processing. Only business days count toward these transit times.
When your package leaves our dispatch address, we email you its USPS tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS system.
What if delivery needs attention?
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable, contact us before we arrange another shipment.
If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you, explain the revised shipping date, and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If you do not accept the delay, we will cancel the unshipped order and promptly refund the amount paid for it.
If a package is missing or substantially overdue, contact support@xicca.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier and work with you to resolve the delivery issue.
